The Indonesian Teaching Partner is to assist the teachers in achieving student learning objectives that promote student success within and outside the classroom.

The Indonesian Teaching Partner will provide:

  • student support: individual or small group instruction
  • student supervision: individual students, small or large groups

1. To obtain a work permit for Indonesia you must have 5 years teaching experience (minimum) and for secondary teachers, a degree in the subject you are teaching. (i.e. a degree in History will not qualify you to teach Economics).

2. Applicants must also have a valid, current teaching certification, as well as teaching certification.

3. From time to time, work permit requirements are revised and therefore we will update this information regularly.

Purchasing Officer

Purchasing Officer is reporting to Director of Finance/Admin/HR and will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

  • Provide technical advice on purchasing activities, following rules, procedures and regulations;
  • Issue tenders, evaluate offers and make recommendations of purchases and the award of contracts;
  • Review technical proposals of suppliers and carry out cost/benefit analysis for equipment 
and services procurement;
  • Prepare Purchase Order and obtain the approval of Head of School or Board member;
  • In coordination with requesting unit, prepare the goods receiving report or certificate of handover;
  • Liaise with accounting/finance unit for the payment process;
  • Maintain vendor registration;
  • Other duties as required by Head of School.


University degree and equivalent experience in one or more of the following disciplines: economics, commerce, business administration, engineering, legal, accounting or related field.


At least one year of postgraduate professional experience in purchasing.


Training and/or experience utilizing computers, including word processing, spreadsheet and other software packages and systems.


At least limited knowledge (intermediate) of English is required under all circumstances.
