To help you get your child enrolled at BIS with maximum ease, we have a student registration form available to download at the bottom of this page, detailing everything you need to know, do and complete. Please download this form, complete in full, then fax back to us on +62 361 285 103 or email it back to admin@baliis.net.

Please do consider that some handwriting is more challenging to read.  If at all possible, please use block letters or type the responses into the document.  This is especially important for contact information such as email addresses and phone contacts.  Thanks in advance for your attention to this!
