Application Procedure
We accept applications and enrollments throughout the year, subject to availability. Due to high demand, we encourage early application, particularly before July 1 for the August intake, to ensure sufficient processing time. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and evaluated equally based on:
- Completed years of schooling before applying to BIS
- Recent report card and recommendations
- Academic assessments (MAP for Grade 1+ and Speed Dial4 for Preschool/Kindy)
- Interviews with applicants and parents
- Learning needs
Admission Policies
Our admissions are on a first-come, first-served basis, whereby transferring the application fee is used to save a seat for your child. Decisions regarding admissions can only be made once the process is complete. In order to complete the process, all documentation must be received by the school.The school will admit students who can benefit from the education offered. A child will only be admitted if the school can offer a program that will meet his or her individual needs. This will be discussed with parents at the initial stages of the application process prior to any formal application being made or accepted.
Admission to the school requires that applicants have reached the appropriate age by the 1st of September.

- Complete the online application form.
- Submit a non-refundable Application Fee of IDR 2.500.000 per student.
- Follow the Admissions Assessment which are:
- Speed Dial4 for Preschool and Kindy
- MAP Assessment including Math and Reading
- MAP Assessment including Math, Reading, Language and Writing for Grade 2 to Grade 1
- Upon the success of your application, you are required to pay a Registration Fee of IDR 15,000,000 to confirm your enrollment.
For those requiring a student visa (KITAS), BIS will sponsor and help the application process.
Please understand that BIS, as an educational institution, cannot sponsor any parents visa.

■ PreSchool to Grade 8: Reports/transcripts for previous two (2) school years in English.This may not be possible for PS students.
■ Grades 9 to 12: Reports/transcripts for previous three (3) years of school (Grades 9,10 and 11) in English
○ Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form (must be sent directly to BIS by the student’s current school)
○ Copy of Student’s Passport
○ Copy of Parents’ Passports
○ Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
○ Copy of Kartu Keluarga (KK) for Indonesian citizens.
