BIS organizes university visits, mini-college fairs, and an annual College Fair with over 40 universities. We provide information sessions, individual meetings on course selection and university admission, and a Grade 10 Career Exploration Week with a career panel and internships.
As a PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, ACT, AP, and Cambridge testing center, BIS connects students with universities through the IB Registry. We also use Unifrog to assist students with university selection and applications. For more info please contact [email protected]
BIS College and University Fair
BIS organizes its own College and University Fair every year. Last year we had 46 university representatives visiting from 13 different countries. At this event, over one hundred students and parents from various international schools on the island had the opportunity to speak with the visiting university representatives. Several representatives also offered workshops ranging from Studying in Scotland and How to Write a Personal Statement, to Hospitality and Business and Reviewing Portfolios for Art and Design schools. If you would like to ensure you are on our invitation mailing list for next year, please email [email protected].
