Our team comprises:

  • Head of School: Provides overall leadership and direction for the school, setting the strategic vision and ensuring its alignment with the school’s mission and values.
  • Deputy Head of School: Supports the Head of School in achieving the school’s strategic goals, providing guidance and leadership across various areas.
  • SPK Principal (Sekolah Program Khusus Principal): Leads the Sekolah Program Khusus (SPK) program, ensuring its effective implementation and meeting the specific needs of Indonesian students.
  • HR Manager: Oversees human resources functions, including recruitment, professional development, and employee relations, fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our faculty and staff.

The Bali Island School (BIS) Pedagogical Leadership Team (PLT) plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the school’s educational philosophy and practices. We are a dedicated group of educators, representing diverse areas of expertise, united in our commitment to fostering a vibrant and dynamic learning environment where students can reach their full potential.

Our team comprises:

  • Head of School: Provides overall leadership and vision, ensuring alignment between the school’s mission and the PLT’s goals.
  • Deputy Head of School: Offers strategic guidance and support to the PLT, collaborating on key initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation.
  • SPK Principal: Leads the Sekolah Program Khusus (SPK) program, ensuring its pedagogical approach aligns with the school’s overall educational framework and caters to the specific needs of Indonesian students.
  • PYP Coordinator: Oversees the implementation of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) in the elementary school, fostering a nurturing and inquiry-based learning environment.
  • MYP Coordinator: Leads the Middle Years Programme (MYP) in middle school, promoting the development of critical thinking, collaboration, and self-management skills.
  • DP Coordinator: Manages the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (DP) in the high school, ensuring its effective delivery and supporting students in achieving academic excellence.
  • IT Coordinator: Provides leadership and expertise in integrating technology effectively into the curriculum, supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students.
